About Conn's Hospitality Group

Conn’s Hospitality Group started with Roy Conn’s first Springfield restaurant in 1948. More than seven decades and many successful ventures later, Roy’s son, Court and his wife, Karen, and Court’s sons, Casey and Adam, now run operations that include Inn at 835, Conn's Catering, Obed & Isaac’s Microbrewery & Eatery, Elkhart Hill Farm, Elkhart Station, and Vinegar Hill Mall Complex. Each business is located in a different historic home or building in downtown Springfield, Peoria and Elkhart, Illinois that has been lovingly and carefully restored by the Conn family. Several of the properties’ ownership history can be traced back through the Conn family’s lineage.

The mission of Conn's Hospitality Group is to excel in hospitality so that we serve the community that we care so much about.  In doing so, we aim to stand out by "Preserving History Through Hospitality".
