Q: Does the Inn at 835 offer different room rates?
A: Yes, there are three room rates:
- Corporate Rate – Offered Monday through Thursday. Rates vary per room.
- Standard/Rack Rate – Rates vary per room. Refunds available based upon cancellation policy.
- Non-Refundable Rate – Rates vary per room. 10% discount off Standard/Rack Rate.
Q: What are the policies for reservations, deposits, and cancellations?

Q: Are pets allowed at the Inn at 835?
A: Yes, only dogs under 30 lbs. with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Q: Does the Inn at 835 accommodate children?
A: The Inn at 835 does accommodate children 13 and older. There are special exception for children under 13 years of age when a guest is initiating a room block for the entire hotel. Please contact the innkeeper with all inquiries.
Q: Is breakfast included in the room rate?
A: Yes, breakfast is included and provided by our chef. Breakfast hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Q: Are outside guests able to join in breakfast?
A: Yes, at $10.50 per additional guest plus tax with 24 hour advance notice.
Q: Does breakfast accommodate special dietary restrictions?
A: We make every effort within reason to accommodate dietary needs by making modifications to the morning’s menu. Please contact the innkeeper with any inquiries.
Q: Does the Inn at 835 serve lunch or dinner?
A: We do not, but the innkeeper can inform you of all of Springfield’s great dining establishments.
